Dear Friends & Partners of thenex, 

Since the beginning of 2020 the COVID-19 (Corona) virus outbreak all over the world has affected the daily life of all private persons as well as of businesses worldwide. Our sympathy and best wishes go to those persons and companies affected!

Still our Hometown Bocholt and surroundings have been spared high Covid-19 numbers. As a result none of our staff or family has been directly affected by the virus until now. We, as so many other people, do our utmost to keep it that way.

During 2020 and even today, the thenex team is fully operational and ready to help you wherever we can! Our resources are on full capacity and we are doing our best to guarantee 100% service and communication quality. 

The German Government have regularly imposed new and severe measures and published extensive guidelines to control the disease and prevent further spreading. thenex of course fully complies to these measures and more:

  • We have suspended all our traveling and visits for the moment. We hope you understand. All meetings and contacts with clients and suppliers alike will be digital for unknown time frame.
  • If inevitably meeting people in person, the thenex team does not shake hands or hug. We stay at a distance. Please do not be offended by this.
  • We are sad to say that we cannot welcome spontaneous visitors at our premises. If visiting us is absolutely necessary, please contact us beforehand for an appointment.
  • We of course have suspended all visits to fairs and other gatherings of large numbers of people.
  • We forbid our staff to come to work if there are any signs of cold or flue, however innocent.
  • FFP2 Masks are mandatory to wear when leaving the workplace

These and other measures are imposed on our entire staff 24/7, in both working hours as well as in their private life.

We constantly check with all our suppliers that they follow these directives too and take all appropriate measures when delivering goods.

We will continue to adapt this policy and will keep you informed.
