DESCRIPTION & MAIN FEATURES

The telescopic conveyor is designed under heavy duty and high safety standards to transfer loose products (bags, cartons, etc.) from warehouse to trucks. It allows the user to speed up non-palletized loading-unloading work on vehicles and containers, allowing packages to be positioned without having to lift them, reducing labour requirements.
Conveyor structures are made of various independent press-folded steel sections reinforced where stresses are high.
Movement of the telescopic stages is effected by a reversible gearmotor; the machine includes a tension device, life lubricated idlers, high quality and heavy duty belt, a flap to facilitate operator bags collection.
Hydraulic system manages the hydraulic cylinders to provide telescopic conveyor lifting / lowering, completed by all necessary accessories for self operation.
Electrical and control system including instruments, main control panel, local push-buttons stations on the mobile head.
All movements are protected by limit switches wired to the local control panel.
